I'm new to the forum and to improving my body. I just started excercising about 5 weeks ago. I am upto jogging 3 miles 5x per week and do total body sculpt on fittv with gilead every other day..I have checked my bmr its somewhere around 100-1600 cal..I am about 15 pounds overweight still and want to improve my health..How many cals do I really need to loose weight? I eat a low cal, low fat diet of lean fish, turkey, and lots of fresh/steamed veggies and fruits. I have a really well rounded diet without a lot of junk. I also, suppliment diet with whey protein shakes..What and how much should i be eating? How do I get rid' of the lovely extra weight/fat safely as possible? thank you..you guys have wonderful forum...
