That looks gorgeous, i love lime in cooking, so will definitely be giving this a go, maybe with a few sweet potato wedges and a salad.
 
Really nice dish....coconut milk is an essential ingredient have a luscious texture and delicate tropical flavor. You can use in food and in drinks.
