I've been training and dieting for pretty much 3 months now and have went from 190 to 167. The thing is I've only lost 2 pounds in about 3 weeks. I haven't changed my diet, but one of my main motivations before was seeing progress on the scale and in the mirror. For some reason though my progress has come to a screetching halt about 3 weeks ago. Not sure why, because everything has been going so great.
Does that just happen sometimes? Is it getting harder to lose weight because I have less of it? Maybe I need to cut even more calories out of my diet?
