Hi all,

I'm currently tipping the 200lbs mark on the scales and am really wanting to try and reduce that! Last year I had joined a gym and had an exercise programme made up but I felt very little result from it although I was going regularly. Eventually I be came disillusioned and stopped going after several months :(

I'm wanting to start again and was hoping for some tips to both keep me motivated and get some of the weight to budge. Should I be doing a particular type of workout? I'm 29 now and had previously used a gym for weight loss in my early twenties with great results, I had very little issue dropping the weight. Any suggestions?
