Hi all,
I'm currently tipping the 200lbs mark on the scales and am really wanting to try and reduce that! Last year I had joined a gym and had an exercise programme made up but I felt very little result from it although I was going regularly. Eventually I be came disillusioned and stopped going after several months
I'm wanting to start again and was hoping for some tips to both keep me motivated and get some of the weight to budge. Should I be doing a particular type of workout? I'm 29 now and had previously used a gym for weight loss in my early twenties with great results, I had very little issue dropping the weight. Any suggestions?
