Getting started, Proud of myself!!

Hi, I had my first baby 8 months ago, so I have about 20-25lbs to get rid of. I have been "skinny" before but never toned or in shape. I got a new treadmill for x-mas and I'm very surprised and proud of myself for being consistent with working out atleast 30min 4-5 times a week. I have been trying to eat much better. I have lost 7 lbs. Now I need to work on all my other bad habbits ie. smoking, yes I said smoking, and drinking, which are really holding up my results. But one thing at time I geuss. Any way I geuss I'm just looking for some encouragement from other people in the same boat. Thanks
 
Hi Hornm2- welcome to the forum. I too had a baby about 4 1/2 months ago and am trying to rid myself of that weight plus extra that was already there. I too am also using the treadmill as well as the tv for aerobics. You are doing great so far. Good luck to you and I look forward to hearing about your success. :)
