I am trying this part of the forum as I have a very busy schedule and have spent years now trying to do at least some exercise with no results. In a desperate attempt someone recommended trying this forum. Seems like a logical approach, especially because I am on my computer so much working and other.
In another post there is a mention of using a laptop exercise bike. Basically it is a design that puts a laptop at your finger tips with pedals at your feet. This I thought would make sense to get started training / exercise. Some posts thought it would be a waste of time. But the website for the product "spindesk" mentions a study by Mayo Clinic called NEAT. It states that this would work.
My question is does anyone have ideas or any products other than Spin Desk that would be effective to get a exercise program started? Would you recommend this to your clients who have busy work schedules?
