Getting started is hardest part for me...

How do you find the time to exercise? I tend to spend a lot of time on computer or playing video games. Maybe someone can recommend the proven way to get started with exercise?

I don't think that finding the time to exercise for you is going to be the problem. The truth about exercise, fitness training, self torture, or whatever you want to call it is that it is not a burden but a gift to yourself. Motivation to put your body into motion is always hard to come by. The solution that I have found for myself is to develope a lifestlye that makes health and fitness as common as self hygeine. I remember in college when final week would come around. I was bad about being sucked into hours of gaming and my grades would suffer so I started giving my gaming systems away for the week so that I could focus on what was really important. Point to make to you is to not let anything come in the way fo your self goals and wants especially something as intangible as a Xbox. Sell it and buy a bike with the money if you have to.
-good luck, there are plenty of people on here that are behind you-

I am a busy college student and I used to ask myself the same question. The answer is that you don't get the time time exercise, you must make the time to exercise if you really want to get healthy. I never used to workout and now I make it part of my daily routine becuase it makes me feel good. The thing is, you don't have to workout everyday to get healthy. If you are doing the right exercises a few times a week, you can get the same results. I found this website called builtlean.com and it talks all about this. Marc Perry, this personal trainer and fitness expert tells you what exercises to do, how often to do them, how to eat well, when to eat, and other really informative things. I think it's really worth checking it out. Good luck with everything and I hope this helps!
