Getting rid of last of it...???

Hey guys..

I've been working out hard for a past year and I managed to take down about 10kgs of fat and build some good muscle. I very satisfied with what I accomplished.

Ever since I was born, I always was a bit on the heavy side, and with the tendency to store the fat on upper legs, hips and butt.. Btw Im male.
Now most of it is gone, and I'm dropped to around 11-12 percent body fat (i think), even my upper abs are begin to show well..
But still, even though I don't have anything to complain about my upper body, some fat still remains, especially on my hips and lower stomach.. It's not going away easy... Its not I'm already at 84kgs which is quite low for my height 1.90, and i'm concerned if there is a way that I could possibly get rid of it, after 20 years of my life :) Is it something genetic or it's just the way my body stores the fat, and I can get rid of it if i just be more persistant...

My diet is very controlled, and I workout at least 5 days a week with resistance training and cardio sessions over 45mins at average 165bpm...
Should I stick to it...?
Any advice is welcome.

Tnx.

Its kind of hard to say exactly, since my nutrition is kind of different by the day, but it's like this more or less..

I eat 5-6 times a day, every meal around 400-500kcal.. I tend to take around 160grams or more of protein everyday from tuna, veal, cheese, eggs and whey protein supply. My fat intake is below 20% most of the days. Rest is carbs, and I also take care that it's most from nuts, vegetables, brown rice .... And some sugar, when neccessary.
I treat myself with a 'cheat' meal once a week or so, a pizza or something from a home kitchen with a little bit more fat.

That's about it..

Anyone?

Write down what you eat each day for a few days including all calories, fat, protein etc and see how much of each you are taking in each day roughly. Then you can see where you could improve on the diet.

Try changing your cardio around. Do some HIIT instead of steady-state. Try some fasted cardio if you don't already. Maybe introduce some new cardio into your routine like swimming for example. Shocking your body might help things along. If you still do the same cardio you've always done, your body will be very efficient at it and so expel less energy (ie. burn fewer calories) than it used to.

Best of luck.
