Hey guys..
I've been working out hard for a past year and I managed to take down about 10kgs of fat and build some good muscle. I very satisfied with what I accomplished.
Ever since I was born, I always was a bit on the heavy side, and with the tendency to store the fat on upper legs, hips and butt.. Btw Im male.
Now most of it is gone, and I'm dropped to around 11-12 percent body fat (i think), even my upper abs are begin to show well..
But still, even though I don't have anything to complain about my upper body, some fat still remains, especially on my hips and lower stomach.. It's not going away easy... Its not I'm already at 84kgs which is quite low for my height 1.90, and i'm concerned if there is a way that I could possibly get rid of it, after 20 years of my life
Is it something genetic or it's just the way my body stores the fat, and I can get rid of it if i just be more persistant...
My diet is very controlled, and I workout at least 5 days a week with resistance training and cardio sessions over 45mins at average 165bpm...
Should I stick to it...?
Any advice is welcome.
