I am so so so happy, I am getting married probably in febuary or march, very soon! I really want to loose some serious weight before then. I weigh 196 now, I lost 9 lbs in the past 2 weeks counting calories. I would LOVE to drop an additional 20 lbs before the big day. Is it possible? In fact I'd like to drop even more but I really doubt that would be possible. I am going to work out and work out some more, ZERO junk food, no soda. Oh I could jump up and down I am so happy!
But this is a one time event, one and only occasion, and I want to look nice in a gown, I want to lay in bed with my new husband, WITHOUT my gut laying beside me, if you know what I mean. It doesnt really matter to him, but it matters to me. What can I do to loose fast as possible?
