Hi, new to the forum, have a question
about a month ago I started a workout to lose excess fat and get some muscles and I would like to know if I am on the right track with my routine.
I do:
20 push ups
45 crunches
45 bicycle crouches
30 squats
50 Dumbbell lifts with each arm
60 seconds of plank
I repeat 3 times
2x10 minutes of running
I have time, so I do this everyday, however I have no equipment (except the dumbbells) nor do I wish to buy any.
What kind of diet should I be on? Right now my diet is basically:
-Breakfast: 3 slices of rye bread with honey and butter, milk
-Lunch: about half a pound of meat with bread or 1/3 of a pound of pasta (I do vary, but this is the core of it)
-Dinner: some fruit
I am just under 200 pounds and 6 feet.
