Getting Fit

Hey guys,

I'm 17 years old and in High school. I have a question about getting/being fit. I have opportunities to run 2 days after school in the gym. I want to start but Im not sure if it will help a lot. I have work and homework the other days so I can only run after school on two days of the week. My question is, will I loose the progress I have gained during those two days, during the other 5?

I don't have to get in shape for anything specific its just something I want to do. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Most of the time I hear ppl should exercise at least 3 days a week 30 mins a piece... but even if all you run is two days ...it'll be better than not exercising at all.
 
I say go for it!

I wouldn't expect dramatic weight loss, but it'll help you get into that lifestyle of exercising regularly, and that'll help!
