Hello, Im 17 and as a child I used to be really fat, until 2 1/2 years ago i did nothing about it. i started walking, eating (slightly) less haha and exersizing. I have man boobs but theyve gone down alot. my question is do i really NEED to diet to lose ALL my weight and my moobs? Can I just replace that with running and lifting/working out?
