Getting fit questions

Hello, Im 17 and as a child I used to be really fat, until 2 1/2 years ago i did nothing about it. i started walking, eating (slightly) less haha and exersizing. I have man boobs but theyve gone down alot. my question is do i really NEED to diet to lose ALL my weight and my moobs? Can I just replace that with running and lifting/working out?
 
pretty much, yeah. Calories in vs calories out. Your diet is going to do more than exercise as far as weight loss but exercise is an additional boost to your overall health.
 
Losing weight isn't always as clear-cut as calories in vs calories out. But it is a great start. Gradually continue increasing your workout intensity and continue eating QUALITY foods (don't consume yourself with quantity).
