Getting fit for soccer- high school

I'm trying to make a workout to get ready for soccer tryouts. I have one month until they start. How does this sound?
Monday- 2 mile run, 50 sit ups/crunches, 25 pushups
Tuesday- 50 situps/crunches, 25 pushups
Wednesday- 3 mile run, 25 situps/crunches, 15 pushups
Thursday- 1 mile run, 60 situps/crunches, 30 pushups
Friday- 2 mile run, 30 situps/crunches, 15 pushups
