The only way to keep it off is to lose slowly, I swear, I've yo-yo'd for half my life (I'm 32) and every time it gets harder. Slow and steady is the only way I've been able to hold the ground I've covered. Congratulations on trying to do something good for yourself! Think about feeling good, not losing weight fast. I've been on a huge plateau for nearly a year, and yes, I get discouraged too, but I know I haven't been trying THAT hard, so I've rededicated myself to the task and I'm going to bust through that invisible floor that I keep hitting about 10 pounds below where I am now. If I can do it, you can. I've been sabotaging myself for over a decade!
