Getting Cut!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HI! guys, i recently lost 30lbs, i weight in at 180lbs 19% body fat and now i am 150lbs, with 14% body fat, i lost all this weight by eating one meal a day and running 2-3 miles a day, with moderate weight training also dranone protein shake a day. My question is that even though i have 14% body fat i am still not cut, u can barely see my ABS and my arms are still not ripped??? anyone know what i can do so i can achieve my goal of being cut? :confused:
 
It's because you have no muscle mass, because you have burned away all you muscle. You are killing yourself by only eating one meal a day. Your body is starving to death...literally.
