I hope I'm posting this in the right place, this forum is humongous.
I've been doing caridio (Taebo and Turbo Jam) and the New York ballet training for close to 4 months now. I also do the weight thing (I used to think I'd bulk up but I love it, got me toned fast).
So, now I wanted to add running or jogging to all of this. Swap two days of cardio for two days of jogging.
I've only done it for 4 days but DAMN IT'S HARD. How come I can keep up with that monster of Billy Blanks and then feel like I'm dying after 10 minutes of light jogging?
Okay, my question: I do 10 minutes walk, 10 run, then 10 walk, then 5 run, 10 walk, 5 run. The 5s at the end are because I get progressively exhausted.
When I'm running the first 2 10s, I start out fine but there's a point where instead of feeling the heat from the work out as I normally do, I start feeling chilled. It's like a polar breeze gets my arms, chest and head cold as ice.
Am I doing too much? Should I ask a doctor about this or is it normal?
The days that happened it was very hot. I also don't drink water while jogging because it takes me an hour to get back to my house and I pee every 5 minutes.
