Well finals are over, and I did really good... but I just went out of control with my diet and didn't exercise anything, so I probably gained all the pounds that my ticker says.. I'll try to start with cardio tomorrow at the gym. Another thing is that I'll be cooking from now on because the cafeteria is now closed... I've bought a couple of things like chicken, cottage cheese... but I can't eat that everyday. I'm a beginner cook (male) and I really don't know what else I could cook for myself that it isn't complicated. I'd appreciate if anyone could hook me up with some recipes that aren't too hard to make.
Another thing is that I'd like to do all my cooking on weekends and then just microwave it, because I'll be taking classes and studying and it would be more convenient for me. I know this is not as good as cooking everyday, but is this possible or do you loose to many nutrients, etc....
