Getting abs

Get your body fat percent down.... aka ABS ARE MADE IN THE KITCHEN!
 
Firstly, u gotta have low body fat, other wise you wont be able to see them.

Secondly, abs are like every other muscle in the body and need to time repair themselves. So i would suggest waiting 48 hrs before working them again.

Thirdly, sit ups are crap, do crunches, they are probablly the best exercise for your abs.

I do crunches, hanging leg raises and weighted crunches only twice a week.

Thats all thats needed.

Question for anyone: Should i do my abs more than twice a week?
 
Yeh of corse everyone has abs, there a muscle in the body :p But what u gotta keep in mind is having low enough bf% for them to show through, or slightly bulky abs (slightly)
