So! I am turning 20 on December 20th! I have been bummin' everyones threads with their before and after pictures and I think I am ready to try to get there again! I signed up with Sparkpeople.com. They said I needed to eat between 2300-2500 and that is just way to high! So I lowered it to 1500 - 2300 knowing I will try and stay on the lower side. I contemplated joining weight watchers again, but I think they restrict my calories too much. Even tho I did lose 20 some pounds with them, I think thats been what has been on my mind. The huge restriction of calories instead of a gradual one. I cannot live off of 1200 calories, sorry, just not going to happen!

But I am excited. I know the holidays are going to be hard, but my biggest hurtle is going to be work and school.

I actually want to try Jillian Michaels 30 day shred to start off with. Sounds totally crazy but I really want to try!

Okay! So my diet isn't going so well. I ate lke 3,000+ calories on Tuesday!

I also weighed myself in at 262.8lbs! Ew! Seriously, that's out of control considering back in May I weighed 254.5lbs!

I need to get my butt in gear and get a move on! I got a free coupon to try Curves for a week, so I'm going to try and take advantage of that to see if I like it or not. Funny tho, just yesterday I was looking up Curves. There are also other gyms around here that offer a free one week promotion. Realistically I could prolly go a month in free coupons, haha! Thatd actually be awesome. Maybe encourage me more!

I also need to drink more water. I've been trying to cut back on soda. I keep trying to rationalize drinking a bottle of soda at work by saying "ugh im here 8hrs, I need a wake up" (i dnt drink coffee) And I had been on a juice kick but thats just as much sugar, if not more, then soda as well.

take as much advantage as you can from the trials, you need to find a gym that not only is fully equiped but makes you feel comfortable with the potential of adding enough variety once your routine becomes stale.

Ive heard Curves is awesome. Its all women, no judgement. Planet fitness is good too. I used to go to Planet fitness, but I moved and dont have a car. The planet fitness is an hour drive. Its insane. But the Curves is down the street, I would just have to walk to it... but I think I am going to stick to walking and my bike at home.

but you can do this. I weigh a good lot, I weigh 280.8 pounds at 5'5.9 ... I look not so hot. The stomach just keeps on ballooning out ...

Yeh. See I work at Target. Target has a pizza hut in it. They offer small pizzas (they are turly small like, small. It'd probably be equal to two slices of normal pizza. And they offer bread sticks. Three of them. And if you make it a combo it costs $5.63.

And guess what fatty gets it? That's right. ME. Cause it's good. Actually, no its not. I mean it IS, but I dont love it and I KNOW I should be eating something with a nutritinal content. But after working 6hrs with a few more ahead of me, by that point I just go "gimmie fooood!!"

Btw my house doesnt contain any good foods to bring with me to work. Trust me, I've checked. A few times. I mean its no excuse but really, nothing. at all.

Today tho. I ate raviolies for breakfast. (ravioli in lean ground beef with plain tomato sauce with some part skim moz. cheese ontop) And then for lunch, that damned pizza combo. And for dinner? Guess...go on...guess.....

Pizza. Yeh. Pizza. Again. Disgusting, I know. But we buy plain crusts, to make our own. It's a thin white crust. I put plain tomato sauce on. Part skim moz cheese. I threw on like 5 small pepperonis (mainly for my boyfriend). I contemplated adding mushrooms but decided it takes too much effort to open the jar.

No soda tho. I drank lite minutemaid lemonaide at work and then minutemaid lemonaide at home. Not the greatest thing to drink but it wasnt soda. Plus I drank water on my breaks.

So I looked in the mirrior and was horrified. It seriously looks like I'm pregnant. It's gross. I feel so ashamed. Yet at the same time, I just dont knw how I'm going to do it.

Ive done it before. I did really well at the beginning of the year. But now I dont even knw where to begin. My brain is crammed full of school thoughts and work related stuff that it seems like I cant focus on anything else.

I need to find that balance between everything. I'm hoping work will slow down a bit and I can go back to 26hrs a week. Almost 40hrs is just wiping me out cause I come home laaaate at nite n then stay up doing school work. Then repete.

Natsky and Trusylvr, thank you for your comments. They mean alot that people will support me when I dont support myself. I'm trying to get back into this site, so I'll try to check out your journals and offer as much support as I can to you both! =)

Today was a blah day. I did eat a lot of chocolates when I got home from work. Bad, I know.

But the good news? For breakfast I ate a left over piece of pizza I made last nite (remember, I actually put it together) It was a small piece. And I ate a nutri-whatever thing. The kind with fruit inside. Nutrigrain I think? Idk. Theyre good. I think I ate like 4? total today. ha.

For lunch at work, I bought two lunchables. Turkey and cheddar cheese ones. I think its better then pizza. I'm sure it has a high amount of calories as well, but you knw what? Least it wasnt drenched in cheese and grease. (I did eat the oreos that came with them)

I also drank nothing but water today as well!! Yaaay!!

I just made eggs. Moz cheese on top. Olive oil to make them in. half and half (bad i knw but we didnt have milk) and white bread with butter.

I'm actually content with what I ate today, minus the chocolate. That i coulda done without.
 
I Feel Like A Seagull

I just hang around beaches all day looking for some poor sucker to drop a fry

Friday was...semi...sorta....not really...productive on the eating front.
For breakfast I ate a bowl of campbell's firehouse chili. And by bowl, I mean whole thing. With some white cheddar cheese ontop (one slice). And water, drank water too. Promise. Then I went to work. And for lunch ate one of those small bags of baked cheetos with a lunchables jr, this one had no cookies or anything. Just ham, crackers, and cheese. Drank some more water. Worked some more. Drank a fuze drink. Came home, ate some leftover ravioli (remember, low fat meat, tomato sauce blahblahblah) with some moz cheese ontop. And then...AND THEN....ate an obnoxious amount of chocolate covered peanutbutter balls. Ahhhh sweet sin. Tastes so good on the tongue, looks so bad on the thighs.

Speaking of thighs, I asked my boyfriend to move some things out of the way so that we can move the treadmill out of his room and into another place. He asked me why. My answer? "Cause I'm fat!!" he just kinda looked at me funny and giggled. Loser. <3
 
One Year Older & One Pound Lighter

So I turned 20 on Sunday. I also lost 1.6lbs from last week.

Pro: I didn't drink a ton of soda last week, I switched over to lunchable jr's for lunch at work instead of pizza and breadsticks. I ate smaller portions of dinner and drank more water.

Cons: Chocolate. Cherry soda (I had ONE can saturday nite).

Sunday was a bust. I'll be honest, I didn't really care because it was my birthday. I'll eat whatever I want dammit! Actually I ate carrot cake (yeh yeh isn't healthy but bite me) and then we went to applebee's. I got a cherry coke (only one, no refills). The queso burger with fries. and my boyfriend and I split a thing of bbq boneless wings with southern bbq sauce on them. (i knw, lotta food but it's that 2 for 20$ deal and it's kinda our tradition) So pretty much, I ate cake and that one meal. I purposally held off eating all day long knowing I'd blow it all there and on cake.

My goal for this week? Drink water and don't over do christmas food/candies.

I wore a pair of 22pants I had laying around from Old Navy since this past summer. never worn. I put them and they were a bit snug in the waist, like all my pants, but they loosened up after wearing them a bit. I think all jeans do that honestly. my work pants do. it wasnt some huge muffin top or anything just a bit snug. But I was wearing a zip up hoodie anyways and you couldnt tell. But I was just glad that I fianlly wore them! And now that I knw they'll fit when I leave for xmas to go with bf up to his family, I can wear my awesome sweater with them. YAYYYY!!
