Hi al I'm Gemma and I'm 27 years of age. I have always battled with my weight and after a year away in Canada I managed to lose 3 stone and go down 3 dress sizes, that was a year ago and now having become complacent I have put it all back on plus some more and feel complete miserable and angry with myself for doing so.

Now is the time for me to start again and I'm hoping with the help of everyone here I can do it and I can help you guys out too.

I just want to feel comfortable in my own skin.
