Get motivated! (stop making excuses)

Motivation and commitment are the keys to success.

There is no secret formula to weight loss success. It's simple. Stay motivated, committed, and work your butt off.

Stop making excuses and buying tons of programs. I hate to break it to you but a big portion of the programs work just fine, but people never finish them out.

Stay motivated! Get clear on your motivations. The more you understand what motivates you the better your chances of success are.

If you haven't started yet, stop making excuses and just do it. Figure out what motivates you and use it to your advantage and don't quit. Don't quit don't quit.

Keep pushing and never give up!
 
Finding your source of motivation is the key to sticking with your goals.

There are times when things are going to get tough. You’ll be sore, you’ll be tired, you’ll have no time, you’ll be full of excuses. There are times when you’ll simply want to quit. This is where you need to utilize your source of motivation.

A journey is not a journey without obstacles. These obstacles are there to make us stronger. An obstacle is a test – a test to see if you truly want what you’re after. If you truly want to get fit this new year, you will find a way to get over your obstacles.

Find your source of motivation. Find something that helps you overcome those obstacles.

This can be music, a picture, etc.
