i played a lot of sports in high school and am now in my second year of college, i was never the best because im not competitive at all, i ran track, soccer, baseball, wrestling, cross country, and a bunch of other sports. i never had a super great body, but i was in very good shape. i think the fact that i did so many sports at the same time, caused my body to save fat and energy so i had a flat stomach but not very muscular.
my senior year i wrestled only and i became more toned/defined. i had pretty much the perfect abs and wrestled at 150lbs so i was taller than everyone but way weaker, as they were short and stocky. my coaches didnt bother with me, as i moved so i was only there one year. i hope to get my definition back. i play rugby for my school, though its not an official team. we dont have a male track team, so im screwed.
genetically i think im ok, my family is tall and muscular, very athletic. i only gain/loose weight in my stomach.
