My mom has one, and I can't stand it because all the flavor is gone. And the food is generally drier. For me, it is worth it to eat food the way it was meant to be eaten and excercise more. But hey, that's just me. I love food, and how it tastes is important to me. Oh, and Tabasco is a must. It's about the best thing you can put on food. 0 calories, lots of taste, speeds up your metabolism, keeps ya regular...etc
