I am a freak - my metabolism allows me to eat what I want without much if any weight gain. On the other hand its virtually impossible for me to put it on. I have to take supplements and undertake hard training which I am failing to stick too. I once found Rocky Oppesidiano's supplements which were the only ones that gave me much gain, however I can no longer find these on the market anywhere...
Anyway my question is not about me, its about my partner.
She is training each day, quite hard and has been for several weeks now but with no weight loss, and is feeling tired despite lots of rest.
Is this normal? What would it be due to - possibly the body breaking down fat?
Any professional opinions on this wouldbe great.
