G'DaYYYYY!!

Hey guys. Fat dude here looking to get into shape. I'm starting slowly and have a ton of newb questions for ya's. I started doing 5 sets of 10 push ups.. and 5 sets of 25.... sit ups?? Not really a 'sit up' in that I plant my ass on the ground. hold my arms level with the floor... stick my legs out and then pull my knees to my chest.. well close to my chest... its like a V shape. Don't know what to call these but they are working and dont hurt my hips. After a month or so of doing this my wokrout every second day looks like this

Push-ups: 30
V situp : 50
Standing Mil. Press: 30 @ 20 lbs.

After I'm feeling stronger and can do 5x50 push ups and 5x100 V-ups... I wanna start doing chin ups and tri-dips.. I have the stand for them all ready.. and want to keep my workouts all natural body weight motions. Any Ideas of bodyweight leg motions I can do for my lower body?

Anyways nice to be here. looking forward to all the good advice and friendly motivation... 'YOU CALL THAT A PUSH UP!!!!'

Lower body exercises can consist of the following:
Squats
Lunges - FWD and BWD
Split Squat
Bulgarian Split Squat
Romanian Deadlifts(RDL) or Single leg RDL

If you have any questions about what exercises to do. Just go to youtube and type in the exercise to see what it looks like. Also to increase the intestity of the workout/exercise use tempo. For example count to 4 on the way down in your squat and then hold for 1 or 2 seconds and then count to 4 again on the way up. Also I know you said you would like to keep your exercises to body weight. As you get stronger and begin to shed the pounds you should really start to use weight. By lifting heavier weight and using slow tempo movements you will stimulate the proper hormones to start burning more fat and increasing your lean body mass. By doing this burning fat and building muscle should become easier for you. Well thats all for now. I guess just stick to your current numbers to start your lower body exercises.
