Hi there, I'm Fat Lazy Guy. FLG for short, if you want
I started my weight loss journey about 16 weeks ago, but hit a bit of a wall. That wall being myself. Then a few weeks ago I came back to it, and then got a cold or the flu or something. And these past couple of weeks I've been trying to get into it. Oh, I also found out that both my old scales, and the doctors scales weren't quite up to handling my weight. I originally thought I was only 157 kgs. Went to the doctor, and his scales said I was 170 kgs. Got some digital scales rated up to 180 kgs and it gave me an "Err" (I think it was being polite). Lastly got some mechanical scales rated up to 200 kgs. It turns out I'm too heavy for them as well. Well, following past the 200 number, it went another 15 kgs around, so that's the number I took. This past Sunday I had my first loss ever recorded in my journey. I'm now down to 213 kgs. A small step, but a step in the right direction.
As you can see in my signature, I've been keeping a journal on my weight loss journey. It's updated every couple of days if you want to keep track.
But anyway, I hope to be a helpful contributor to the forums, and I hope to learn a lot as well.
Cheers.
