Hi Sponge,
Welcome to the WLF :)

Really, before you can start doing anything about losing weight, you have to realize you WANT to change it - and your opening post does ;)

Know that you can do this - it's about figuring a healthy road that you can stick to long after the pounds/kgs are gone so that they never come back.

Have you come up with a plan?

ive basically cut out snacking from my diet.. i used to get bored and just have a feed for something to do while watching tv. usually just have a sip of orange juice or apple juice when i get that feeling haha. post pro's cons of sip of juice maybe someone ? i also plan to excercise a bit. usually my excercise is like walking uptown to see friends(about 1km) then walking around uptown which i probs another kilometre. nothing to strenuous rofl.

Cutting snacking is a great way to start, or choosing healthier snacks.

When I first started losing weight, I set out making very small changes - I focused on reducing my portion sizes, cutting out the hand to mouth snacking motion and drinking a bit more water.

Later, I cut out all Fast Food places, then I started getting some exercises in.

It's about small steps at first - but remember, nutrition/your diet is the primary aspect of losing weight.

like right now its 1.31am i didnt have dinner cus i worked 6-10. it would be a bad idea to have dinner right now wouldnt it. (im asking you this because i can see in your sig you are good at it)

I have never let the time of day stop me from eating.

It's the total number of calories in for the day vs. calories burned by living and moving that cause you to either lose, maintain or go up in weight.

If you burned more calories then you consumed, you'll lose weight, regardless of what time those calories came in.

(this is just a personal opinion, I'm not an expert, and I'm sure there will be tons of people who will disagree with me) ;)
