Hi everyone!

I'm desperate to shed at least 7kilos before my wedding in June.

It's not much to lose but I can't seem to do it no matter how much I exercise.. infact, I put on some weight when I took up pump and spin classes.. muscle gain I know, but still!

and I can't 'not eat' because, well, I need the energy to keep up with the thirty 6 year olds in my class (yes, I'm a elementary school teacher :) )

you should definitely try calorie counting^^ thats what i am using to lose weight and it is working wonderfully =P
