Hello there everyone, My names Jonno and I'm 16 years old.
I've recently lost 11kg, I've gone from the round tubby kid to one of the so called "normal weighing" ones. I'm proud of what I've done except one thing. I still have man boobs. I wouldnt say they're huge, nor small. I'd say a medium (go figure
) and I'm doing a plan to get rid of them once and for all.
Over the course of the next 5 weeks, starting today, I'm doing this routine daily.

*20 minute run/jog (get around 4k)
* stop and do a 1-10 pushup routine, it is done like this. 1 pushup, **turn around** 1-2 pushups **turn around** 1-2-3 pushups **turn around** ect ect...all the way up to ten, if you get what I mean. It adds to a total of 56 pushups.
*100 step ups
* pushup drill again
* 100 more step ups
* to finish back to a 20 minute run/jog again in intervals, getting to about 4-5k.
I'm going to do this every day, I already usuall run 5-8k per day and have done some dumbell work before, so this isnt going to injure me or make me over tired, but it'll definately work me hard. I did this big routine today and felt really well worked out afterwards, really sweaty and panting, which is good, I felt I pushed my body far.
I'll also add, I have a well balanced healthy diet, I add as much protein to it as I can and have tumeric and fibre as much as possible.
My question is, does this sound like a good plan? and how long would it take to lose my man boobs, would I be able to do it in the next 5 weeks? they've already gone down a good ammount while losing the 11kg. Thankyou for any advice, I'd appreciate and thankyou for reading.
