Hey everyone! I am new here ( bet that was hard to work out lol ) and joined up to meet some great people and find some of that lost motivation.
A little intro.
My name is Caz, I have lost 10 kilos so far. I was doing really well and then I broke my tail bone. I was doing the couch to 5k at the time and had to leave the program at week 5. I was devastated. I then healed up and went to continue on and tore my calf muscle. So it was 3 months off all up by the time I was ready to begin again. So I am back with a vengeance, ready to get back on track and pick up where I left off. I still have 20 kilos to lose, but I am determined to get there. I have up and down days like everyone and I am hoping to keep a diary of how I do this time.
