gain

i want to gain weight. whats a good way to do that without gaining too much in the process? currently 5'8 and 121 lbs female:age 14

to gain weight you eat more calories than you burn off. to not gain too much in the process, take it slow. add anywhere b/w 200 to 400 at at time. give it a week, check your progress and go from there.
