I'm a ridiculously fussy eater and there are few foods that I actually like. I'm finding it hard to lose weight as I don't like the taste of any meat or fish and I find a lot of weight loss recipes include one of these. I don't like eggs or the texture of cooked vegetables so I'm really struggling to find foods that I will like, i'm at a bit of a loss.
 
You could look into vegan recipes, and raw recipes? I'm sure you can find a lot on Pinterest :)

I’m vegetarian so obviously I don’t eat meat all. I use a lot of “normal” recipes but substitute meat with tofu, mushroom, pumpkin, beans, lentils or sweet potato etc.

The great thing about veggies is you don’t NEED to cook them much. I like mine al dente so why not just cook them less?

There are heaps of good recipes out there if you look hard enough. Just a matter of finding ones that you like. And remember it’s ok to not like some foods.
