frustration!!!

hi all,
im new to this forum, my name is richard, 35 and live in london england..

anyway, i joined a gym appx 5 weeks ago and have been on a programme for cardio and for the last week i have a new programme which has included some resistance training.
i have been careful with what i am eating and next to no drinking either, basically calorie counting.
the problem is i dont seem to be losing ANY weight at all and it is quite frustrating at times!
i was wondering if anyone had any idvice for me as i could do with some.

Make sure you read the sticky threads which should give you a great idea on where you want to go and what you need to do to get there :)
It will definately help you know what to do and where to go :)
