1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 medium apples chopped
2 cups grapes
1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts

blend together yogurt, O.J., and cinnamon. Toss with the remaining ingredients. Cover and chill before serving.

This makes about 4 servings of 1 cup each serving.

270 calories per serving
110 mg sodium
8 g protein
totl fat 11 grams
carbs 40 g

This is really fast, simple, and tasty! A great way to eat some fruit!
