whats up guys. i started working out again after about a year and half break. i've been so busy with work and fixing up my house i havnt worked out in awhile. so i started at it again last week. i work landscape construction, so im not all that out of shape, but i got the beer gut and the extra chin going on. any tips, work out programs, meal ideas, suppliments ideas?
