Alrighty then...
I'm 1.65m and I weigh a few kg's more than I should. When I was younger I did Judo and Modern dancing- and I was fit. But for one or other stupid reason I stopped and transformed into a lazy teen instead.
I'm here because I'm going to change that. I'm going to be that fit little ninja again.
As far as a diet goes I mostly eat what the parents give me (since I'm only 16), but I definitely watch which of that food I eat. Just to be certain that my definition of healthy is correct I go through what I ate and calculate the amount of calories I ate. (I use fitday.com). I avoid sugar whenever I can and I've excluded sweets from my diet.
As far as exercise go I've rejoined my old Judo club and I go to practice twice a week, (2 hours a session). I exercise on my own at home as well. I've downloaded three apps on my phone one for push ups, one for squats and one for sit ups. You set yourself a goal for what you want to achieve e.g. 100 consecutive push ups or 150 consecutive sit ups. Then you type in the amount you can currently do without rest and without getting tired. From there it sets out the amount you should do (within you're own time) before a period of rest, slowly working its way to your set goal.
I want to be able to do: 100 consecutive push ups, 150 sit ups and 200 squats.
I'm keeping a diary to remind me not to fall into old habits.
