Whats up guys....I am a mod at extremebodybuilding.net (right off of the main homepage that this is linked off of).

Little bit about myself;

I am the personal training director in Alton, Illinois at the Club Fitness. I am certified through; NASM, ACSM, Crossfit, and ISSA. Have been working out since I was 13. I am 27 years old with 3 beautiful little girls.

Hope to lend a hand and learn a bit myself.
