Hi, everyone! Today I weighed in and I saw the biggest numbers which I have ever seen. So, I am 27 and I am struggling to lose weight. I was fat for my entire life, but now I reached the worst point. My first goal is to lose 30 pounds (I weigh 213, but I'm just 5'3). My plans are:
1. To exercise for at least 30 min a day
2. To eat healthy (many vegetables and plant-based food)
3. To stop overeating
4. To love myself the way I am
I really need your help! I will try to write what I eat in a day and if you have some advices for me, I am looking forward to hear it
And sorry English isn't my native language so I probably do many mistakes
