Allo, WLF!
I doubt anyone cares, but I figured I'd write the cliché newbie post.
I've avoided weighing myself for over a year.
However, after a trip to the vet earlier curiousity got the best of me:
I weighed myself (on the dog scale, lol) & the number almost made me throw up,
.
Why did I let myself go like this?
In January of 2012 (just 15ish months ago) @ 5'9'', I weighed a beautiful 135 pounds.
Now?
I weigh 175!
These 40 pounds have really fucked with my self-esteem,
.
Things have gotten so bad I find myself withdrawing.
I've gone as far as to deactivate my FB & change my #.
I don't have a *good* reason for gaining so much weight, either!
Everyone goes through break-ups, disappointment, job loss, etc., you know?
Before I lost control, I used to be a gymrat.
My Fri nights were spent running laps & doing squats.
I was happy.
I'm going to do whatever it takes to get back to living that healthy lifestyle.
