Frequent Groin pulling/ Injury

Hello. i am an atheltic male and have been playing soccer since i was 14, (im 20 now) and i have never had groin problems or issues.

only since last year, did these strange groin problems start when i sprint or kick a soccer ball. Everytime i do so, my groin either akes or feels pulled afterwards. I stretch before soccer or running but it seems that the little muscles in the groin are the ones that get pulled. I took 1 season off soccer becasue of this groin problem so i don't think its time that will fix this problem. I was just wondering if there was a specfic stretch or exercise that i could do to condition my groin and strengthen it so that it wont get pulled everytime i sprint or kick a soccer. Thank you.
 
I would suggest that you see a physical therapist. You need someone to look at your body mechanics and give you a proper assessment to determine where some compensations may be taking place. Also, make sure that you read up on effective stretching techniques. Many people tend to stretch ineffectively causing their muslces to become even tighter.
