Hey guys, I haven't worked out since I was a senior in high school (so its been a few years). I just got a gym membership that is mostly composed of free weights, since I haven't been using weights a lot, I have lost muscle and was wondering if anyone has a GOOD free weight program that i can use to start a fast way of building my muscles back up(reps and weights). Im the guy you see when he goes to the gym that he runs for like 4 miles and works arms and shoulders. I need a good muscle group routine, can someone please help me?
