Hey everyone, im so glad to be on board with everyone...

I finally found a real good site to tell all my missions and sorrows, yahhh! I was telling my husband that I was gettting sick of iVillage The website for women because when i put a post out there, no one responds back. Now what im hoping here is that I do get the responce that is needed. Keeping my fingers crossed ;}

Im 22 years old as of july 27th, dont feel any differnt but im hoping for the next couple of months im hoping to feel more refreshed more confindent with eveyrhting that i do. I would love to be and feel more healthy.... So here i am starting fresh and new.... Todays my new day to start my workout again:rolleyes: i know its hard to get started but once your started your into it, you start feeling real good agian, cant wait but on the hand im feeling like my ass is dragging, (not for long)

im a breastfeeding mom so alittle bit of everything, hitting the weights alil, cardio, for 4 months i was doing the turbo jam , but i had to cut down because i wasnt getting my breastmilk in either that i had to eat a **** load more lol, some days i may eat more and work out more or there will be days i work less and then i eat less, somedayswill be differnt but what i really wanna maintain is keeping the flat stomach and love handles out of the way. and keep under 160 at all times!

Doesn't sound like your a noobie, so then I'm guessing you realize that weight means nothing and body composition is everything?

You said you wanted bigger and buffer legs, well, your going to have to gain weight ( muscle ) if you want that

well i am a newbie i did just join this site ;} but i aint no newbie when it comes to working out ..... so yeah REALLY gaining weight to getting buffer leggs, well i'll stick to what i do best... just add more weight lil by lil
