Found this Forum.. Me and Wife are new!

Hi all! I don't know how active this forum is... but my wife and I are looking for some support... We're both overweight, and both trying our best tog et healthy and fit for our children (we have 2 children). I'm currently ranging between 243 and 235. I started at 255 and it's taken me about a month to get to this level. Shirts and jeans have already started fitting better on me and I'm feeling more energetic. We're both trying to do the Dr. Phil Ultimate Weight loss solution... we have an exercise bike and a gazelle... It's just so hard now cause... I hit 235 ONCE and I can't break that 20 lb plane!

Part of the problem is that (as most of you guys probably know) that buying healthy food is EXPENSIVE... meaning that its hard to buy the right foods... if I don't have enough protein, I get sweet cravings, if I don't have enough fruits... I get crazy salt cravings... I am 5' 7" and I want a flat stomach..I don't care if it is ripped or not..I want to be able to walk outside without a shirt and not be sucking in my stomach.... SOOOO I need some help...we need some help..some accountablitly..some support... Hopefully you guys on here will be able to help with the encouragement side of things! Thanks for listening!
 
I've been thinking about starting a weight loss blog... as well as was wondering..looking for tips/tricks/aides to keep from going and having some chocolate... I'm a sucker for donuts! ARGH... I want to break this cycle... how is "The biggest loser" viewed at on the site? We watch it and use it as motivation to help us loose!
