Found new way to exercise... Proving it!

Hello,
I want to introduce myself as the Spin Desk guy. My goal is to use this forum and others to get myself to exercise while using laptop. By using the power of internet I think I can re motivate my self to get this weight loss goal documented and done. By done I mean started.

Well it is Day 1 and I rode for ... 2 hours! wow! did not realize that. I will need to rest the butt now.

For the record that was not 2hrs straight I did get up and walk around every 20min, for ~5min. When I walk it off I then feel better than come back and then its 2 hours. I really am stopping now. Or I will feel bad tomorrow. I will weight myself tonight and post.

Weight = 175lbs
Height 5'10"
Age 45

Log of SpinDesk use:
Weekend- played 3 hours total mx vs. atv. Awesome fun and workout. Heart rate ~125bpm avg.

On bike now - 10am 1 hour. Feeling good and glad to be able to post on a forum without feeling like I am wasting my time.
goal for day is 2hrs on SpinDesk

Can anyone recommend an area on this forum that I can keep a journal?

Ok it is Tuesday. On the computer again and exercising. Stopwatch says 40min. I only planned on 15 min. will get you to exercise that is for sure. Rule for me is that if I want to read my forums or just surf the web I have to pedal.
This looks like a 1.5 ride day. I wonder how many calories I am burning?
