I know a few guys who became less of a man, if you know what I mean, using the ice in the pocket approach. It has been known to shrink things down to acorn size status.

I sit in front of a computer all day long for work - and this is usually one of the windows that's open while i'm supposed to be paying attention on a conference call, or i'll pop over here when i can't make code do what it's supposed to do.. I think my customers would get peeved if i were todrop everything and go for a jog around the block.
