At one of my jobs I handle approx. 12,000 - 20,000 lbs in a 3 hr shift.
When I pick up any amount of weight to preform any exercise my forearm muscles burn.
This pain is not in the joints.
I know my forearms are over worked but what can I do as this is limiting my workouts?
Any suggestions?
