I am an apple shape, No clear definition and even at a lower BMI of 16 I still had a stomach that protuded outwards and was asked if I was expecting. I have since gained alot of weight and still have this belly, Both my parents have this also so I know who to direct my anger at when I see my figure in mirrors after a hardcore workout!
Only time the stomach vanished was when I had a BMI of 14 (anorexia) but I don't think that counts, skeleton is not on the list!
Would love a real waist! Concentrating on transverse abs at the moment so I can make a pretend waist at the least but did my back in overdoing it last week
